President’s Message

The tragic events of September 11 weigh heavily upon Northwood-Four Corners as they do upon the rest of the civilized world.  Our prayers and sympathy go out to the victims, their families, and loved ones.  Some of them live just down the street.  We urge our members to help America recover in anyway they can, especially with donations to any of the charities being mobilized on behalf of the stricken.

The United States may never be quite the same after these days of sorrow.  But the bonds of our faiths, our families, and even of our blessed little neighborhood can nurture the healing and kindle the spirit of America that will deny the terrorists anything but a pitiful legacy.   ■
