Seniors’ Experiences After 2006 Hospital Stays Sought by COA

The Montgomery County Commission on Aging (COA) seeks input from county seniors and/or their caregivers about experiences upon discharge from the hospital.  They are seeking to meet with seniors who were hospitalized for three or more days in a Montgomery County hospital in 2006.

Commission members will lead a discussion group on Thursday, 12 April, from 10:00-12:00 in the Art Room at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center (1000 Forest Glen Road).  The group is limited to 10 people.  All information is confidential.  The Commission is offering a small gift for taking part.
