Parents, Join the NFCCA Listserv

Parents in Northwood Park are beginning to meet and network via a new electronic listserv, first announced in the April edition of the Northwood News.  The listerv was founded back in March of this year.

While it started out slowly with only a few postings in its first few weeks, it is gradually building momentum and postings gradually have increased.  Members are using the listserv to share information on topics such as consignment sales, school fund raisers and fairs, local play groups and day care centers, and many other topics of interest to families.

If you are a parent and are interested in joining, please go to:  http://groups.yahoo. com/group/northwood parents.  When completing the membership form, please include the following information:  your full name and address, whether you have children, and how you heard about the listserv.

This listserve is open only to parents with school-age children living in the NFCCA territory (if you receive this newsletter at your house, you qualify).
