Welcome

You’ve come to the official website of the Northwood-Four Corners Civic Association of Silver Spring, Maryland, U.S.A.
Final FY Meeting
WEDNESDAY, 10 JUNE 2009, 7:30 p.m.
North Four Corners Park
(211 Southwood Ave.)
We have invited a representative of the Montgomery County Department of Transportation Division of Traffic Engineering and Operations to discuss a variety of traffic issues, including:
  • Whether or not buses should be exempt from the morning rush-hour right turn restriction on Route 29 Southbound;
  • Rerouting the Route 19 Ride-On Bus so it once more goes to Forest Glen Metro Station (instead of the Silver Spring Metro Station); and
  • Patrons waiting and waiting on Route 29 because the non-express Metro Buses are already filled before they get to Four Corners.
In addition, we will talk about the county’s draft growth policy and new code enforcement legislation.
HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
